Apple and Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ½ cup plain rolled oats (not quick oats)
- ¼ cup Greek yoghurt
- ¼ cup non-dairy milk of choice (or coconut water/plain water)
- ½ cup finely chopped or grated apples
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tsp organic honey (if desired)
Method
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
- Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl
- COmbine wet and dry
- Then dispense into small serving sized jars (Ezy - Snax is perfect for this_ then you have 5 breaky's good to go
- Just store them in the fridge
- Add berries or nuts if you wish
- You can also add 50g collagen powde. to the whole mix for a boost of protein.
