Coconut Lime Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 lb Salmon fillets
- ½ tbsp Olive oil
- ½ cup Light coconut milk
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 cup Frozen cut green beans
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
Method
- Cut salmon into pieces.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, whisk olive oil, coconut milk, garlic, and lime juice. Add salmon and green beans and cook 12-15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
