9. What advice do you have for anyone preparing for WLS?
Talk to your drs , social worker. , dietitian the whole team, and not every one is the same just be you and follow your teams advice. , and make sure you have a great team. .
10. What is the one very best thing that has resulted from your surgery? What has been the hardest part of your journey?
My fitness is a bonus I can now do things, hardest part dealing with the problems along the way.
11. What products to use from us? And how has it helped you through your journey?
Multi vitamins chews. Helps with craps and general making me feel well.
