INGREDIENTS
- 3 scoops Feel Good Tasteless Collagen Protein
- 3/4 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup dates
- 4 tbsp goji berries
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp honey
- Shredded coconut (optional topping)
DIRECTIONS
- Blend the dry ingredients, ensuring the dates are finely integrated.
- The mixture will look like a cake mix when ready.
- Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and mix in honey and tahini until a solid past eventuates.
- Roll into ball-shaped portions ready for an in-between meal snack with antioxidants and protein.
