    • The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 mcg retinol equivalent for women and 900 mcg retinol equivalents for men.
    • If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
    • When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms of retinol equivalents Vitamin A can cause birth defects.
    • Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
    • Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
    • Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
    • The product contains soy/soybean and phenylalanine.
    • Do not use if seal is broken or missing.

    The WLS Guidelines firmly recommend taking a Bariatric Multivitamin daily Pre and Post-WLS; therefore, taking BN Caps for life is recommended.

    Not all multivitamins are created equal, so you need to take a Bariatric Multivitamin that contains the full range of essential vitamins and minerals at the correct doses. Taking a multivitamin specifically designed for those who have had Bariatric Surgery will be the key to reaping the benefits of preventing brain fog, hair loss, fatigue.

    BN Caps are calcium-free; after WLS, your calcium needs range between 1300-2500mg daily by taking 2-5 BN Cal daily. Therefore you will need to take BN Cal to maintain strong bones and support your immune, brain and nervous system.

    If you have trouble swallowing capsules, you’re not alone - you can split the capsule in half and mix the powder form into your food or drink.

    Calcium

    Got these as well as the chews. These are large and ok to eat but are a bit gritty in texture and more expensive than the chews so think I will stick to them but may still buy sometimes for a change

    Perfect!

    I was having real issues finding the right multi for me. I kept going back to centrum 50+ because other vitamins left me feeling flat, or blood tests would show that I wasn't getting the right balance. My nutritionist was concerned about the rising amount of a specific B vitamin in my tests, that could lead to peripheral neuropathy, so suggested the BN Caps, and I still feel energised and 'normal'! I also love the fact that I can have a standing order, as I'm really good at running out of things! This way my next lot will arrive when I need them- one less thing for a busy, working, single mum to worry about!!

    Best way to get healthy

    Usually taking vitamins is not much fun but with these we look forward to the time of the day that we are due to take our calcium and Vitamin D
