A few of the nutrients doing real work in every dose:

• Vitamin B12 — necessary for normal cell division and normal neurological function, and contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal blood formation, normal psychological function, and normal immune system function.
• Vitamin D (1000IU) — supports normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, muscle function and teeth, and supports normal immune system function.
• Iron — necessary for normal oxygen transport, normal immune system function, and normal cell division. Contributes to normal energy production, normal blood formation, normal cognitive function, and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Zinc — necessary for normal immune system function and normal cell division. Contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism, normal cognitive function, and maintenance of normal hair and nails.

• The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700mcg RE for women and 900mcg for men. Taken in excess of 3000mcg RE, vitamin A can cause birth defects.
• If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
• Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
• Contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
• Contains sucralose. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C.
