Each 30g serve delivers 18.4 grams of high-quality whey protein isolate and 9 grams of soluble fibre (Fibersol®) — an excellent source of dietary fibre per serve. Protein is necessary for tissue building and repair, and contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The soluble fibre in BN ProFibre (Fibersol®) ferments more slowly in the colon than fibres like inulin or oligofructose, which is part of why it’s well tolerated even at higher levels — and won’t add bulk to the stool.
