Add 1 sachet (64g) to 300mL of cold water.

Shake or blend until smooth.

For additional calories and protein, mix with 300mL dairy or soy milk and round out the serve with over 40g protein.

Enjoy immediately after workouts or between meals to support recovery and energy.

Consume one serve daily as part of a balanced diet.

Consume within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.
